All of the categories, except Wom P-1-2/3, are full and have complete wait lists. We are NOT taking any more names for the wait lists for Pro-1-2 Men, Cat 3 Men, Cat 4 Men, Cat 5 Men or Wom 4.

MARCH:
The Cat 3 Men's and Pro-1-2 Men's fields are full. Requests to be added to the wait list should be sent to steve@allegrocyclery.com. The field limit for the Pro-1-2 may be increased. Those on the wait list will get first dibs.

The waiting list for the Wom 4 field is now longer than we could hope to use.
The Pro-1-2 Men will have both sides of the road throughout both road races.
The Pro-1-2 Men and Pro-1-2/3 Women will have caravans, allowing team cars for teams of 5 or more, provided there is a minimum of 50 in the field. No vans, SUVs or other tall vehicles. No opaque windows (USAC rule 3C4). Both fields will also have vehicles to take wheels supplied by unsupported riders.

Lodging update for all: blocks of rooms have been reserved at several area motels for the race. The rooms will be released to the general public one month in advance (that's Mar 18). To reserve a room from this block, you must mention the Tour of Walla Walla. Otherwise, you might be told they are full.

Saturday night's spaghetti dinner has changed locations to Ye Towne Hall in Waitsburg. Food served from 4 pm - 8 pm. $12 per person, all you can eat! Event is open to the public also. Benefits proceed Whitman Cycling Club.

Tour of Walla Walla Kids' Race
Presented by St. Mary Medical Center
Sunday, April 20, 2008 in downtown Walla Walla
Kids ages 4 to 7 and 8 to 12 will have races at approximately 11:55 between the Wom Pro-1-2/3 and Cat 3 Men races. Check in is at 11am at the corner of Colville and Main St (in front of WW Clothing Co.). Entrants must have helmets and properly operating bicycles. Entry is free, but a parent or guardian must sign a waiver Sunday morning at the race site.
The prize will be the joy of riding.
